22nd December 2007

The Night started quiet with an impressive set up of lighting and sound

Symondo up first on the decks to get things going, played a different set to the norm and went for a chunky techno sesson, Due to a late running Tiny due to weather this was extended for another 30 mins until he got there when folk were ready for some Banging Trance from himself

Better Late than never Tiny arrives and steps on the decks and knocks the volume up a touch with some very fine Trance that got everyone ready for the Main man of the night KUTSKI.

Kicking off his set with a hard edged Electro sound i think think everyone was expecting such a variance of music and skill! From Raggae, Rock, Drum and Bass, Hardstyle, Trance - you name it - it was in the mix, complete with some DMC Style Scratching on CD's which was in a class of its own. With such a wide variety of music played there was definately something there for everyone, including the DJ's who stood on the stage in awe at what Kutski was producing on the Mixer.

Highlight of the night for myself had to be the 'Tainted Love' Remix that was reproduced on Stage by 3 different remixes of the tune in a flawless fashon complete with a sesson of scratching among it all.

Nearing the end of Kutski's Set the tone of the music reached its dark moments and kicked off into a Hardstyle frenzy before DJ's Malfunction and Badga Kicked in with some heavy and classic Hardstyle Tunes to keep everyone jumping.

Meanwhile in the 2nd Room - Championed by the sounds of the Electro Nature, DJ's Johnny Mac, Charlie Mac and Graham Platt of Intensity Provided an alternate sound all night with a great warming atmosphere with funky breakdowns and a nice chunky Electric beat.

Overall a very Enjoyable night - Bring on the Next Silhoette Night.
